Processing Your Order
An e-mail confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.
Shipment Processing Time
Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping. After your payment is authorised and verified (except for account customers), all orders are processed within three business days. We will contact you if there are any delays. However, some orders may ship within as few as one business day and some may take up to five business days.
Shipment Locations
For the time being, Workplace Warehouse does not ship outside of Western Australia. Workplace Warehouse ships to commercial and domestic addresses with postcodes in the range 6000 to 6999 inclusive.
Shipment Rates And Delivery Estimates
For orders with a subtotal of at least $175.00 (including any applicable discounts and excluding GST) and less than $350.00 (including any applicable discounts and excluding GST), a $25.00 (ex GST) delivery fee applies. For orders with subtotal of at least $350.00 (including any applicable discounts and excluding GST), delivery is free. For more information, please see Minimum Order Amounts.
We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. Once an order is ready for shipment, please allow between two to five business days to receive your order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order.
Standard Shipping
We aim to deliver the order within five business days.
Please Note
- Business day means Monday to Friday, except public holidays.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
- Products may be delivered in separate shipments. This will occur where products are stored in different warehouses.
- Due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. COVID-19, natural disasters, supply chain issues etc.), packages to and from our facilities in Perth may be delayed. We appreciate your patience.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility if you provide an incorrect delivery address. Please ensure the delivery address is correct, especially if the delivery address is different to the billing address.
Damages
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at customercare@workplacewarehouse.com.au.
Missing Or Lost Package
There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a deliver exception. We’ve found that, more often that not, the package is either in the building or with a neighbour. Workplace Warehouse politely requests that customers look in common courier hiding spots. Please take a look around and let us know if you find it. If you haven’t located your order, please contact us at customercare@workplacewarehouse.com.au to report missing or lost packages.
