Indigenous Procurement Specialists (“IPS”), a division of Workplace Warehouse Pty Ltd (“Workplace Warehouse”), was established on 12 February 2024 and seeks to provide procurement solutions for the mining and resources sector.
The procurement solutions available through IPS are underpinned by Workplace Warehouse’s Vision. We have formed strategic partnerships with like-minded companies, so we can secure procurement opportunities with the view to creating future employment opportunities for Aboriginal people.
This means you fulfil Aboriginal procurement targets through your relationship with IPS and you can be assured that we can deliver through the capability of our partners. Over time, we will introduce an Aboriginal workforce into the equation to provide employment opportunities that do not exist today.

Toll blending and contract manufacturing is where businesses outsource their private formula to a manufacturer which has the expertise to source the raw ingredients and produce the finished product from start to finish in a licensed and controlled environment.
The manufacturer is responsible for ensuring compliance with ISO (ISO 9001 International Standards of Quality Management Systems), GHS (Globally Harmonised Systems of Labelling and Packaging), ADG (Australian Dangerous Goods) and NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) requirements and standards.
